Last Minute Injury Glance

Everyone loves to shop in one spot. That’s what makes Walmart so evil and great at the same time. Below is a look at all the relevant injuries in Week 4.
*** Designates a true game-time decision.
LIONS vs. BEARS
*** Kevin Smith (shoulder) emphatically said Friday that he is going to play, but coach Jim Schwartz didn’t sound so sure. Maurice Morris would start if Smith can’t go.
- Matt Forte (knee) practiced fully Friday and will start. He must be in your lineup.
BENGALS vs. BROWNS
- Jamal Lewis (hamstring) missed every practice this week and is doubtful. He almost certainly won’t play, meaning pass-catcher Jerome Harrison will get another start.
- James Davis (shoulder) missed practice out of nowhere on Friday. Then, shockingly, he landed on injured reserve Saturday, ending his season. The Browns promoted Chris Jennings from the practice squad, but this will be the Harrison show.
- Phil Dawson (groin) is listed as doubtful. Expect another start for Billy Cundiff.
RAIDERS vs. TEXANS
- Chris Brown (shin) practiced fully on Friday but is listed as questionable. He’ll probably play, but we’ll see if he still has the coaches’ confidence on the goal-line after last week’s costly fumble.
SEAHAWKS vs. COLTS
- Matt Hasselbeck (ribs) is out. Seneca Wallace will start once again.
TITANS vs. JAGAURS
- Lendale White missed some practice time due to illness, but is fine.
GIANTS vs. CHIEFS
*** Dwayne Bowe (hamstring) practiced on a limited basis Friday but reportedly ran with more power and looked more explosive. He’s a true game-time decision for the second straight week.
- Ahmad Bradshaw (ankle) returned to a full practice Friday and is good to go.
RAVENS vs. PATRIOTS
- Randy Moss is not on the injury report. His back is fine.
*** Wes Welker (knee) was limited in practice Friday and is listed as questionable. It’s worth nothing that last week, Welker did not practice at all on Friday and ended up inactive on Sunday.
- Laurence Maroney (thigh) is a virtual certainty to be part of the running back rotation.
- Derrick Mason was limited on Friday with an illness but should be fine.
- Todd Heap missed some time with a back injury this week but will start.
- Kelly Washington (groin) practiced fully Friday and is good to go.
BUCS vs. REDSKINS
*** Clinton Portis (calf) missed Friday’s practice and will be a game-time decision. Ladell Betts and Marcus Mason are in line for more work.
*** Derrick Ward (knee) didn’t practice at all this week and is questionable. He’s a game-time decision, but Caddy Williams is expected to get the start either way.
- Antonio Bryant (knee) was limited in practice all week, but is expected to be active. Still, he’s not much of a fantasy play.
- Earnest Graham (hamstring) is listed as probable and could see a bump in carries with Ward dinged.
BILLS vs. DOLPHINS
N/A
JETS vs. SAINTS
- Lance Moore (hamstring) is probable, but could be on a snap count. He’s not much of fantasy option with all the Saints’ weapons.
COWBOYS vs. BRONCOS
*** Marion Barber (quad) is expected to be active, but Tashard Choice will reportedly be the feature back. The Cowboys also signed RB Chauncey Washington off their practice squad yesterday to protect themselves if Barber is a non-factor.
- Felix Jones (knee) is out.
- Brandon Stokley (thigh) will probably be active, but the extent of his role is unclear. He played just three snaps last week.
RAMS vs. 49ERS
- Marc Bulger will be the third quarterback if he dresses. Kyle Boller is the starter and Keith Null is the backup.
CHARGERS vs. STEELERS
- LaDainian Tomlinson (ankle) practiced fully every day this week and seems very likely to play Sunday night. He’ll be in a timeshare with Darren Sproles and is facing a tough Steelers’ front seven.
- Willie Parker (turf toe) is almost certainly out. Rashard Mendenhall and Mewelde Moore will share the workload. RB Isaac Redman was activated from the practice squad Saturday for depth.
PACKERS vs. VIKINGS
- Brett Favre (foot) is more than certain to start.
- Greg Jennings (wrist) is probable and should not be affected by his injury.

Comments
I am wondering if I should start Kevin Smith, Ray Rice as my flex play this week or if I should start Bernard Berrian or Ted Ginn. Vince Wilfork will be gone, so Ray Rice wont have to worry bout him, but hes not guaranteed goal carries. I also sense a breakout game for Ted Ginn and Bernard Berrian. Buffalo's secondary is injured and Chad Henne will be able to drow the ball deep to Ginn, also I think Brett Favre will chunk it deep to Berrian to try and show up Green Bay. Usually this is a no brainer and I would Kevin Smith, but Im not sure if he's gunna play.

Out of those 4, I'd go with Berrian..Favre will be going deep against his old team a few times..Berrian is the bold recipient..

Favre is going to "chunk" it deep? I am not sure what that means.
