Comments
Jones - Drew goes #1 and #2 in those drafts? He has never had a full workload and not used to getting all the carries. he is a risk goig into this season. I have the first pick in 3 drafts this year and i will be taking Adrian Peterson in those leagues.

MJD has missed 1 game in his entire career.
JAX has paid him to be the main man and have already publicly stated he is their feature RB.
He could be the best pass catching RB any given year.
Fred Taylor is gone, his touches total will increase by 100+ provided he stays healthy.
His diluted 2008 #s serve as a floor for his 2009 #s.
2008: 3 starting OL injured in game 1
2009: 1 veteran and 2 rookie OL added to the returning from injury veterans
MOST IMPORTANT: MJD plays with a chip on his shoulder because of all the doubters (this goes all the way back to when he was drafted)
PPR he's the #1 player overall.

mjd is way overhyped this year. I had him last year and all he did was give me a headache. He is good but not the top rb. Peterson is the obvious #1, anyone going another way is crazy. Way too much risk wiht mjd. HE HAD THE FEATURE JOB at the end of last year and did jack with it. HE was just straight up inconsistent. One week awesome, the next week shit. Good luck wasting a #1 pick on that bs.

People that rate MJD that high are fooling themselves!!! They're setting themselves up for a big fall.
People just wanna ignore that the Jags Suck!!! Why would'nt a defense put 9 defenders in the box every down (including obvious passing downs) to stop MJD?
The guy who picked him 1st (I don't care what kind of league) is a fool and shouldn't be writing fantasy football advice.

Football is a team game and you can't ignore the team a player plays for. The Jags will have 4 to 6 wins this year, last in the South.
The players quit on the coach last year, and MJD didn't do squat as the feature back the last few weeks of the season. How could someone just overlook that stuff and say they know something about fantasy football?
MJD is not a top 5 back in any league. I'll bet Fred Taylor rushes for more yards playing for a good team then MJD.
