Blockbuster non-PPR Dynasty Trade

I am in a 12-team non-PPR dynasty league with others in the industry. On March 30, I executed a trade with Fantasy Football Xtreme. The deal netted me Michael Turner, Larry Johnson, Lance Moore, and a first-round dynasty pick (later packaged to move up for Shonn Greene at 6th overall). I gave up Frank Gore, Brandon Marshall, Nate Washington, and a third-round dynasty pick.
Minutes ago, I received an offer from Fantasy Football Cafe of Steven Jackson, Antonio Gates, and Chad Ocho Cinco for Turner, Chris Cooley, and Mario Manningham. The proposing owner also wanted Michael Bush, but I balked at dealing Oakland's "third-string" tailback after holding onto him for multiple years in anticipation of big things.
Scott C. won't like this, but I accepted FFCafe's offer and hoped to get some feedback on the trade.
My roster currently stands at:
QB: Matt Cassel > Brett Favre > David Garrard
RB: Steven Jackson > Pierre Thomas > Derrick Ward > Larry Johnson > Shonn Greene > Michael Bush > Tim Hightower > Ricky Williams > LeRon McClain
WR: Larry Fitzgerald > Chad Ochocinco > Lance Moore > Torry Holt > Mike Walker > Miles Austin > Chris Henry > Devin Thomas
TE: Antonio Gates
K: Nate Kaeding
DEF: Bears
I am now contemplating making a move for Dwayne Bowe. Any ideas on a package?
Also, if you're into the Twittering thing, come follow me.

I would try not to give up ward.. really like him this year. With that said.. im now sure you will trade him. chad and ward would be a high price but he could never pass that up

Garrard >>> Cassel.
Garrard gets a ton of rushing yards and behind that beefed up o-line and with the addition of Torry Holt he will be much better than Cassel.
Don't forget Cassel is going from the best O ever to one of the worst in the league.

Love this deal. I tried to trade Turner for Steven Jackson straight up in my PPR dynasty league 4 months ago but the guy wouldn't bite.

The second trade is a no brainer, the first not so much.

To elaborate, I want no part of Turner or Johnson, however I do like Moore. Gore and Marshall seem to have way to much upside in comparison.

You need a quarterback, not Bowe.

Both of these trades, specifically the results of the 2nd trade are dramatic improvements. You should really shift your focus to winning in the near term more than the long term dynasty aspect having studs Fitz, Jackson, Thomas, Gates and good support with Johnson, OC and Ward.
For Bowe you should package any of your RB behind Jackson and Thomas with any WR behind Moore.
The Bowe owner definitely wont want those aged RB and WR but you can wisely have them as your RB3 or WR3 behind those aforementioned studs. Dealing an RB high on dynasty potential and a productive WR for a WR with a clear path to dynasty super stardom is recommended.
