Dynasty Rankings: Quarterbacks

Loyal readers of my Dynasty Rankings blog know that the site has been woefully neglected over the past month or two. Now that Evan, Gregg and I have been released from the basement of Rotoworld headquarters after working feverishly on the May magazine (due to hit newsstands shortly), it's well past time to update the rankings.
As this is the first official update since the April draft, I'm going to roll them out one position at a time here on the Pancakes Blocks blog. Feel free to throw in your two cents.

Comments
possibly Cuttler may be a bit high. Though he does posses tier 1 possibilities, being in chicago hits hard his value. Bad weather is not as much a factor but having no receivers does. I would rank him equal to Palmer in terms of production this year.
I see many turn overs this year because of forcing the ball.

Can some explain the significance of a "Value Score?"

From the blog FAQ http://dynastyrankings.blogspot.com/search/label/FAQ
This explanation dates from back in 2006:
The "100" scale is intended to be a way to better reflect value than a simple 1 thru 75 numbering sequence. By way of example, if the previous off-season's rankings of Tom Brady, Donovan McNabb, Marc Bulger, Michael Vick, and Vince Young were a hair's width apart in value, I needed a better system than a simple 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 sequence. Young at #8 may well be much closer in value to McNabb at #5 than whomever I have ranked at #9 directly behind Young. I needed a system to reflect value more accurately, and a "100 scale" was the number I picked. There really is no significance to the number 100 beyond that.

The term "dynasty" is misused and misunderstood. It doesn't mean trying to acquire the youngest players with the highest ceilings. It means trying to build a team that can compete for and win championships on a consistent basis. You need a mix of vets and up and comers. Make no mistake, you are still trying to win this year. Or at least I am.

I can't raise my championship banner to fly forever because I keep taking Matt Schaub based on these rankings and he never seems to finish a season. I think I need to trade for a guy who always starts so that I give myself a better chance to fly my banner forever.
Any suggestions?
