Lets assume New York enters the season with the above two-deep depth chart intact. No Boldin trade, no Ocho Cinco, and definitely no Braylon.

The Giants have made it clear that they prefer Steve Smith in the slot. Moss has done very little in three seasons. Hixon is a near shoe-in to start. Manningham is the group's truest deep threat, and has the most potential as an outside receiver. He looks to be in good position.

The Giants finished 2008 tied with the Dolphins for 21st in pass attempts. I doubt they'll throw much more this year with Ahmad Bradshaw and Danny Ware behind $25 million man Brandon Jacobs.

But there will be 3,000-3,200 receiving yards to be passed around. We need to keep a close eye on the draft, then Manningham and Moss' practice habits in training camp. A rosterable player behind Hixon, Smith, and Kevin Boss seems fairly certain to emerge here.
