Where will Housh land?

NFL Network’s Steve Wyche has sources that say T.J. Houshmandzadeh is as good as gone in Cincy. Despite Mike Lombardi’s evaluation, I’d take him over Antonio Bryant and any other free agent receiver. The Titans, Bucs (If Bryant leaves), and Eagles were mentioned by Wyche as possible landing spots. Those all make sense, but the Eagles may feel comfortable with DeSean Jackson, Kevin Curtis, and Jason Avant now. The Titans have a big receiver need and were reportedly willing to give up a high pick for Torry Holt last year. Housh would be perfect there.
Off the top of my head, here’s how I’d rank possible landing spots, not including Cincinnati.
Who did I miss?

I'm surprised you ranked the Gints so low. Wouldn't you completely bail on Plax and pull out all the stops for Housh if you were GM right now?
I would.

Why isn't Seattle mentioned. The team needs the skills of a receiver like Housh in the kind of offence that they are going to run. As well they need a healthy body at that position who isn't closer to 40 than 30 or coming off major injuries.

I just dont see them having Plax and Housh at the same time and I dont think Plax will be off the roster soon enough. Seattle is a good one.

I have no idea what there cap situation is or what they're going to do with Marvin Harrison, but don't you think the Colts will ultimately need a WR2?

Probably the reason Seattle wasn't mentioned is with Jim Mora Jr. now in charge, the Hawks will most likely become a 'run first' offense. During Mora's Falcons years the passing game was an afterthought, mainly used to enhance a league leading rushing attack. Couple this with a declining Matt Hasselbeck, and I just don't see SEA spending the $$ for Housh, IMHO.
(and yes - Hasselbeck is no Mike Vick, but that doesn't change Mora's coaching philosophy)
