Even if Warner's fumble is overturned ...
Pittsburgh's defense took control of the game by stopping Arizona on their first drive to maintain a two-score lead.

Wow. I'm don't think it would have changed the outcome, but Kurt Warner's arm was definately going forward with the football. How else did it go five yards?

I could not believe that they did not review the forward pass called a fumble. Certainly the Cardinals had a good chance with one last play with Fritzgerald...

Warner had a grip on the ball while his arm was going forward. The referees had already proved their poor expertise in this area earlier in the game with a similar call. The Steelers got a 15 yard penalty at the end of that play as well. That puts the Cardinals on about the 30 with one shot left. It was a very anti climactic finish.

Steve is right. The cards should have had a chance with about 10 seconds left from the 30. Too bad for Warner he plays great but always has terrible luck in Super Bowls.

I agree, a final throw to Fitzgerald from the 30 could have changed the outcome. The play should at least have been reviewed. The Booth official should take a lot of heat for this.

What about Brady against the Raiders, this was a terrible call. Warner should have had another chance. This is NOT why real fans watch all season long. BAD CALL!
