Borderline Plays

Each week, I write up some borderline plays for a NBC P.R. release promoting Sunday Night Football. When I'm not too stuffed from eating late at my wife's place of work, I post them here.
Chad Pennington vs. Chiefs: The only quarterback Kansas City has held under 250 yards in the last eight games is JaMarcus Russell.
Brett Favre vs. Sea: Despite recent struggles, Favre should bounce back against the easiest defense in the league to score fantasy points against.
Kevin Smith vs. Lions: Saints The rookie is still running like his pants are on fire, regardless of the team's record. The Saints have nothing to play for.
Sammy Morris vs. Cardinals: Expect lots of scoring chances in this game. Snowy conditions could lead to a lot of attempts for the Patriots.
Maurice Morris vs. Jets: New York's vaunted rush defense has fallen on hard times. Is Kris Jenkins slowing down?
Steve Breaston vs. Patriots: New England just doesn't have many capable bodies in their secondary.

Comments
I've had season pass all season. Hartley is ranked much higher than Bironas this week but with only 2 claims left it's a slightly difficult choice. I'm pretty sure I want to play Hartley this week but I'm not sure if I would play him next week over Bironas. I can cut the Colts D and keep both. I guess the real question is if there's any way I'd play the Colts over the Titans next week (which is most likely no unless I see something this week which changes my mind). This wouldn't even be a question if not for the Titans D line injuries.
All of my other leagues are 16 weeks. This league is 12 teams/ 3 divisions. We play divisional opponents twice and everyone else once. 6 teams make playoffs (2 byes) and they last 3 weeks. I like 16 wks too but this is the way it is and first is a G.
