Jackson receiving kudos

Steven Jackson owners probably don't know how to disappointed to feel with their top back. On one hand, he has a lone touchdown in five weeks. And the Rams' latest win was hardly an offensive revival; they barely had 200 total yards and didn't score an offensive touchdown.
On the other hand, Jackson is keeping his value alive with a crazy amount of receptions. Jackson is on pace to catch 74 passes for 778 yards on the year. He's still in the top eight point scorers per game in PPR leagues. The Rams' lack of wideout production and poor protection has helped Jackson become Reggie Bush lite. Or Reggie Bush heavy. You know what I mean.
Jackson's 10.4 yards-per-reception shows he can still make plays. (He has more receiving yards than Torry Holt). And his huge catch total saves him from a prolonged slump. The touchdowns should come, even if they don't come in bunches. If the Steven Jackson owner in your league is one of the disappointed ones, send him a trade offer.

What do you think about Steven Jackson for Marques Colston and Eddie Royal? I was recently offered this trade.

I traded for Steven a couple of weeks ago, I gave up Rice, De Williams and Slaten. I was able to do this as I still have Forte, Bush, Gore and Fargas. Just traded Forte for Marshall though, now I have both Andre Johnson and Marshall, with Cotchery and Desean Jackson on the bench.

You can't pry S-Jax away from me in the one league I own him in (0.5ppr).
I drafted him last year and traded him and Steve Smith away when he was injured and his o-line was decimated and Delhomme was out (got TO, Anquan, and Chris Cooley out of them), but I went ahead and happily drafted him again this year.
That said, who is happy with their 1st round draft pick this year? Clinton Portis owners? Anyone else?

Lynch has been solid, not spectacular. I'm happy with him, but hope to see his numbers increase down the stretch.

I'm very happy with Gore as a first rounder.

Would you rather have Forte or SJax going forward?

I've been really happy with Gore. I got him at the 7th pick.
