Colston better bet than Shockey

Marques Colston appears to be on track to return from his thumb surgery a week early. Jeremy Shockey owners probably have to carry another tight end for an extra week. Shockey missed practice Thursday, and didn't sound optimistic about returning against the Raiders.
"I really don't have (a targeted return date)," Shockey said. "God willing, I wish I could play last week. I hope I can play this week."
Sean Payton appears to be targeting next week against Carolina. With Colston back, Lance Moore should step into the number two receiver role, with Devery Henderson and Robert Meachem splitting snaps out wide. Both average over 30 yards--per-catch, but I think Henderson could lose snaps after mental mistakes Monday night. Shockey's absence this week keeps Moore as a solid WR3 against Oakland because he runs many of the same routes.
Update: Of course PFT posted a story saying Colston will play minutes after I wrote this up. Colston will get plenty of snaps even if he only plays in 3/4 wideout sets. The Saints play at least three wide on two-thirds of their snaps.

With Winslow out, my TE is between Billy Miller, NO, or Steve Heiden, W's backup.
Also, Lance Moore or Desean Jackson?
TE's get PPR, but not WR's.
