Stewart vs. Ronnie Brown

The earlier poll was such a massive hit, let's do it again.
One of the parts I love about this job is how much value can change in a week. Seven days ago, I'm pretty sure every Ronnie Brown owner would have dealt him for a young, rising star like Jonathan Stewart. After Stewart was stuffed by the Vikings and Ronnie went wild, it's a closer call.
These are two of my favorite players. I tried to remain steadfast in my belief of Brown's abilities during the preseason Ricky Williams hype, and it's great to see him recovering all his skills. But how high is his ceiling? Will the Dolphins staff let him be a true lead back? Who will get more touches the rest of the way: Stewart or Brown?
That's a lot of questions. You can answer by choosing below. My gut says Stewart's ceiling for 2008 is a little higher. I like the offense around him better, especially the line. These are both low RB2 players who should prove to be good draft values, but my money is on Stewart being more consistent.

I'd take J Stewart over Ronnie.
Gregg - the Goal Line Stand rankings were great as always. One question - why is Robert Royal so low? His stats have kinda been "2nd ten" at TE so far this year, I thought his matchup with the Rams might bump him up into the end of the top 10?

J Stew only had 7 carries against the Vikings... just thought I'd point that out.

And I had 15 carries vs. the Vikings...and only mustered 20 yards. Thought I would point that out.

Stweart is going to be a freaking BEAST! I can't wait to carry him over too next year in my Keeper League. He will be a top ten back for quite some time. He has a great attitude, is a hard worker and has a natural size/speed combo. Stud written all over him.

Ronnie Brown is the better talent, by a long mile. At this point, the 2 are not even comparable. Quote this, comparing Ronnie Brown and Stewart for the rest of the season is absurd.
I got a better one for you. Ronnie Brown vs LaDanian. Who will score more fantasy points this season?

A FOUR GAME STRETCH IN 2007 AND SUDDENLY BROWN IS MENTIONED WITH TOMLINSON??!! Get a grip. Or at least some perspective. If it were not for a four game stretch last year against the Jets, Raiders, Texans, and Browns Ronnie would have been considered a bust like Caddy and Benson. And how good were those defenses last year??? I'm not saying he's not talented. He is. But be somewhat realistic. He is in no way a more "talented" player than Stewart. As to who will have the better season in 2008? That is a crap shoot. There are way to many pro's a con's on both sides.
Myself, in a redraft would have to think long and hard as to which I'd rather have. In a keeper league it's no contest. Stewart all day long.

Matt? How many teams are in that league? you start three WR's and you have those three? Just sit tight and enjoy the championship, I wouldn't trade any of those receivers unless it got you an improvement over Johnson at RB.
