This Year's Welker

In one of the articles of our second magazine, Mark St. Amant has an interview with Wes Welker and talks about his man-crush on the Patriots receiver. We are including a breakout box of candidates to be "This year's Welker." That would be a receiver who emerges from the WR4/5/6 swampland to catch a whole lot of passes. (Extra points if he does it from the slot).
I have a quick list of candidates, but don't want it to just look like a repeat of my sleeper list. That's where you guys come in. Put on your tout hat and give me a player or two you think could be this year's Welker.

Laurent Robinson, Jacoby Jones and Steve Smith are the best I've seen so far.
I don't know that I would include players like Battle, Vincent Jackson, Burleson, or Porter. Those guys are established players in the league. When Welker went to the Pats, no one expected the season he had. They thought "good" maybe, but not "explosive."
I think I might include:
Chad Jackson, NE
Steve Breaston, ARI
Mark Bradley, CHI
And one that's a real leap:
Troy Williamson, JAC
These are all under the radar guys who should be picking up snaps this year. If I had to pick and stick with one though, it'd be Steve Smith.

Arnaz Battle is my pick. He's likely to be the third receiver in a Mike Martz offense and you know what that means. Even though he'll be catching passes from Alex Smith, I still see him as a very nice sleeper.

Surprised only one person has mentioned an obvious candidate -- Chad Jackson. He's got a good chance to take over the (supposed) # 2 WR position, but with def coords focusing on Moss and Welker, he'll get a ton of single coverage and he's got the best QB in the league throwing accurate balls to him.
