Is that it for Henry?

It wouldn't be an NFL offseason without a Chris Henry mugshot. And this one is a doozy. We have to be careful in this media age not to convict someone based on initial reports, but this sure looks damning for Henry's future.
Commissioner Roger Goodell has shown with Pacman Jones that getting exonerated in court doesn't mean you avoid problems with the league. Henry was suspended for eight games last year and was on a "no tolerance" policy with the league. This arrest is likely enough to suspend him for a year in the eyes of the league.
Henry, like Jones, is an immense talent. If he wasn't, he would have been cut a few arrests ago. The Bengals should finally lose patience this time. That will make it that much harder to consider dealing Chad Johnson.
Dynasty owners should lose patience too. I've said for a while that Henry was more talented than Johnson and T.J. Houshmandzadeh, and would have been a fantasy stud as a starter. This arrest will save me from ranking him irrationally high in 2008 (a WR4/5). I doubt he'll be ranked at all.
Update:The Bengals did lose patience, waiving Henry Thursday.

The best part about that link? The Kids Fun Section that includes a magic eight ball for ways to say no to drugs and DARE trading cards. Gotta' collect 'em all! I just need #12 Detention Facility and #10 Prisoner Transport Unit to complete my set!
