The Detroit Free Press Reads Rotoworld
And they know how to copy and paste a Kalimba Edwards blurb. The least they could do is change a couple words around.
Keep this one in mind the next time you hear a newspaper writer talk about the higher journalistic standards they are held to. I would be more annoyed, but I'm honestly happy to see the growing trend of other media using Rotoworld as a resource.
Update:I should have saved a screenshot because they fixed the article since I posted this blog. We still love you (and always link to you) Detroit Free Press worker, whoever you are!

Honestly, Rotoworld doesn't get the respect it deserves. I think the combo page that PFT hosts, with your blog on the left and the player blurbs on the right is just about the best source for NFL news on the internet (PFT's own rumor mill included).

Maybe some other media sources will pick up on what's sure to be the best mock draft going. By the way, when do we get rolling?

News journalists that are too lazy to do their own homework is not anything new. However, writers of sports articles have been relatively free of such incidents compared to the talking heads of the other news of the world. Hopefully, they'll keep it that way.
If they want to give accurate and insightful news, then they would repeat what you print. They just need to be smart enough to change some words around. If they aren't smart enough to do that, then I wouldn't want to read what they print anyway.
