Guys who I expected to get cut by now

1. LaMont Jordan: What are the Raiders waiting for? If they don’t release him soon, it looks like they are considering keeping Jordan until the NFL Draft. If they don’t draft someone at the position, he has an outside chance to stick at a reduced price.
2. Shaun Alexander: If T.J. Duckett signs, the Seahawks will be in position to cut Alexander should they use a first-round pick at running back. Just a thought.

It's also worth noting that Ricky Williams, Rudi Johnson, and Edgerrin James are all safely on their '07 roster.

What about Rhodes? You would almost think with the idea that Bush is healthy and Fargas has a three year deal that Rhodes would have gone before Jordan. I guess I fail to see the signifigance of Rudi, especially if Irons is healthy and Watson is staying.

I should have put this all together...sorry guy's I know you are busy ... Why do the Jets continue last years trend of overpaying for FA's? They overpaid for a mediocre season from Thomas Jones, eventhough his totals should improve behind a more battle tested line, and now over paying for Faneca and Pace.. I suppose if you are in the basement you do what seems to be a trend in NY, throw money at the problem until it gets worse.. Did Mike Dolan take over as Jets GM?

Um...Oh yeah let's not leave out Woody and Jenkins. The Jets will remain the laughing stock of the AFC East if not the entire AFC. At least the Fins have The Tuna.

How many of the rookie RB's do you expect to be starter worthy for fantasy teams this year?

As a Bears fan, I really hoped Adam Archuleta would've been given his walking papers by now...

Brendan:
The Jets did overpay for their guys (though, I'd argue now that Shaun Rogers signed a bigger deal with more guaranteed money that their deal with Jenkins isn't too bad). I don't see why they are a "laughing stock" they have the cap space and they wanted to pay the cash for guys under 30.
The Faneca deal was high priced but not ridiculous. The Pace deal seems kind of insane, but so be it... He's 26 and may turn out to be good in the 3-4.
It wasnt' the Raiders and they filled 4 holes at spots that were a disaster for them last season.
I'm surprised you didn't mention Vilma, who seemed to be traded at little alue, but since he had just failed a physical with the Lions, what were they to do.
