Best Players Available

Still hoping for your team to sign a big name? It's not going to happen.
One week in, free agency is well into it's second tier of players. Here are my top players left at running back and quarterback. I'll post other positions throughout the day.
Running Backs
1. Julius Jones
2. Derrick Ward
3. Ron Dayne
4. Warrick Dunn
5. Musa Smith
6. Chris Brown
7. Jesse Chatman
9. Tatum Bell
10. Mike Anderson
11. Anthony Thomas
Comments: It's just too easy to find a backup running back. Of all these players, Ward and Smith have some serious upside for a cheap price. I loved Ward last season and am surprised he's received such little interest. Durability is the main concern.
Quarterbacks
1. Byron Leftwich
2. Daunte Culpepper
3. Joey Harrington
4. Quinn Gray
5. Aaron Brooks
6. David Carr
7. Gus Frerotte
8. Trent Green
9. Tim Rattay
10. Mark Brunell
Comments: David Carr is not guaranteed to get a job. At this point, I'd take Harrington as a backup over him. He can't last as a starter for long, but he doesn't kill you. Leftwich and Culpepper won't fit every team, but there is some upside. I think signing Green or Brunell is a mistake because you don't want them seeing the field again.

Comments
I would say DJ Hackett in a west-coast offense would qualify as a 'big name' (at least to fantasy owners). He's easily got more upside than some of the other WRs who've signed thus far...even given his durability issues(see Stallworth, Porter et al.).
