Travis Henry stays in Denver

Players are usually too proud to take a big paycut to stay with their team, even if it's in their best interest. That's what Travis Henry did Wednesday, and it will keep him high on the fantasy radar going into 2007.
Henry wanted to atone for his miserable final 12 games in Denver. During that span, he averaged 3.2 yards-per-carry and gained fewer total yards than Andre Hall. He gained roughly 500 total yards fewer than Selvin Young after September.
Yes, he was hurt, missing four games. But he was also miserable when he did suit up.
I don't think this move guarantees Henry anything. We know that Mike Shanahan doesn't see Selvin Young getting more than 10-15 touches a game, so for now Henry looks like the lead back in a possible committee and a mid-round fantasy pick. But Henry has struggled with durability himself, missing 19 games over the last four years (four to suspension).
Knowing Mike Shanahan, he's not done shopping at running back yet. It just won't be as high a priority.

Hey Gregg Rosenthal,
Can you give us figures under the cap with the "secret stash" money figured in (i.e. Reno Mahe was listed to make 4.5 million last year with 4.0 million in unatainable incentives meaning that his 4.0 mil will be added to the Eagles under the cap amount this year)? I know this may be a big request, but does anyone have this type of information figured out besides the teams and the agents?
