Mid-Round Sleeper preview

After focusing on player movement in my column today, let's get back to fantasy with my first Mock draft of the offseason. Last time around, I looked at some big names that fell. Now let's forecast some names who may be on a lot of "sleeper" lists because they are climbing the rankings this year. For this post, we'll focus on mid-round risers.
Santonio Holmes, Steelers: 5.01 - Not sure if he's already made "The Leap" but a lot of people will be expecting more progress. I absolutely love Holmes, but any higher than this is too early. Plus hanging out with McLovin too much could slow down his offseason training.
DeAngelo Williams, Panthers: 5.02: - Williams went around the same spot last year and was a huge bust. His stock depends on who he's sharing the ball with, but this is a sign owners haven't given up on Williams as a primary back. Makes sense to me.
Selvin Young, Broncos: 6.03 - I would be surprised if Young gets more than 10-15 touches a game next year, so this looks like a reach.
Michael Bush, Raiders: 7.05 - This is a little early for a shot in the dark, although Bush will be given every chance to succeed. He still shouldn't go ahead of Justin Fargas, which happened here.
Reggie Williams Jaguars: 8.06 - Whaaa? Williams is still only 25, but I can't imagine going this high for a four-year veteran who hasn't topped 700 yards. His ten scores were fluky.
Anthony Gonzalez, Colts: 9.01 - I like the pick as a WR4. He learned to play outside with Marvin Harrison hurt and clearly belongs. He won't be worthless as a third receiver, and could be a nice value if Harrison can't get healthy.
James Jones, Packers: 9.07 - I love Jones as a player, but this may be a year early with Donald Driver still around.
Tony Scheffler, Broncos: 9.09 A high ceiling for a borderline TE1/2. He'll probably make our undervalued list.
I'll give my thoughts on some late-round picks later today.
