Ricky, Marshawn Lynch updates

It doesn't sound good so far for Marshawn Lynch owners. With a Sunday night game, you should look for other options. And I don't mean Anthony Thomas.

  • It looks like Ricky will probably remain a Dolphin. It's amazing that Ricky has lasted long enough to see three coaching staffs (Dave Wannstedt, Nick Saban, Cam Cameron) and three decision makers in the front office (Rick Spielman, Saban, Randy Mueller - his old New Orleans GM).

It's not a great sign when Williams becomes one of the most stable parts of your organization.

I see alot of sites recommending A-Train, but I'm willing to bet fellow rookie Dwayne Wright will get a majority of the carries. Of course the Pats are up this week and the Jags follow so it might not matter much.

royaltee, I agree with you about it not mattering much anyway. At this point, I'd pick up Thomas in my league just as a defensive measure, to make sure that nobody else grabs him and lucks into a 2 TD game or something. But I sure as hell wouldn't play him over the next couple weeks.

At what point do Chatman owners go pick up Ricky? I only have McGahee, both Bengal runners and Norwood other than Chatman, so Jesse plays a big role for me and I might feel the need to back him up.

    Gregg...

As a RB5, who would you recommend taking a flier on - Anthony Thomas or Dwayne Wright? Thanks in advance.

^^^ Whoops...that was definitely me above. Not sure why I typed "Gregg" in the name field!

Definetly pick up ricky if he is available! He has skills and miami can only run the ball. He will get all the carries in 2 weeks as they plan on trading him and getting his stock high! They want to run and lose anyways but ricky may be able to get them 1 win this season. He played in the canadian league last year also and they said he stayed in shape. Same offense no big changes grab him as soon as possible he already cleared the hurdles he is a td vulture! I grabbed him 2 weeks ago and also grabbed selvin young. I have westbrook and mcgahee right now trying to trade these guys off but I am keeping them all reguardless of trade or not. Get RICKY.

Ricky won't be doing squat, not with Jesse running the way he has.
