On the Larry Johnson post

We're not usually in the business of breaking news at Rotoworld. Our goal is to have every scrap of NFL news posted to our site second, to aggregate everything faster than the competition so you don't have to.
This Larry Johnson post is an exception. Here's what we wrote:
Sources close to Larry Johnson indicate that the Chiefs and their star runner are expecting to shut Johnson down for the season. The decision was apparently made before the results of a Monday MRI are revealed. While the news may not be officially announced right away, the team and Johnson were looking at a best case scenario in which Johnson would return for a few meaningless games. L.J's rivalry with Priest Holmes was playing a factor in Johnson's desire to return, but that's not enough to risk jeopardizing his career. Johnson owners can wait to hear confirmation, but don't expect him to help your fantasy squads again.
Our source has been right on regarding Johnson from the day the injury occurred. The same source was right a few years ago when Rotoworld was the first place to indicate that Priest Holmes was unlikely to play again in the 2005 season following a head/spine injury.
I'm not a doctor, but Johnson has a crack in his foot. The history of such injuries usually mean a lengthy rehab and he's not close to playing currently. Johnson was motivated to return this year, but what's the point if the best-case scenario has him returning in four weeks?
As a fantasy owner, of course I'd love to hear confirmation from the Chiefs before dropping Johnson from my roster. Herm Edwards has a press conference Tuesday, and it's possible they will advance the story publicly then. Until then, I can say this confidently: Both Larry Johnson and the Chiefs expect LJ's season to end without another snap. The Curse of 370 lives.

Haha.. you people take things to seriously. Obviously its a joke, and the funny thing is that it would probably not be a good trade for brady because he's been so nasty...
that being said i hate him and the pats, and wouldn't be opposed to him going down w/ a season ending injury.

i've been offered a trade. what do you guys think?
give up:
tom brady
get:
72 virgins
what do you guys think?

2 schools of thought on that:
1) take the virgins. everyone else is gonna end up with brady anyway.
2) keep brady. you'll just get 72 ex-virgins.

serious reply to trade offer:
your RBs suck. how many does your league start? you have addai (1). keep keith as handcuff. everyone else is near worthless.
WRs are pretty bad too. marvin's out until fantasy playoffs. roy, lee, and santonio not consistent.
but you don't seem to be getting the best players from the other team. who are his/her BEST
2 RBs, 2 WRs, and QB
I have to imagine eli is his QB2, edge is near useless, pittman IS useless and likely done for year. welker and CJ are 2nd best WRs on their own teams.
If you get his *best* RBs, WRs, and QB -- depending on who they are, how many starters at each position, and your scoring rules (pts per TD pass?), then consider it.
D/ST and PK are only icing - if even that. don't consider it when making a yea/nay decision.
But unless you get at least 1, maybe 2, RBs that are better than edge, not even close.
