Perfect Picks
Our programming department wants to let all you crazy 100K players know: We should have some Perfect Picks winners this week, meaning you get an automatic pass to the playoffs.
I made a small wager that no one would hit the combination all year, and it looks like I'll be wrong - unless Eli Manning, Roddy White, Brandon Jacobs or anyone else goes bonkers tonight. So congrats if you are one of the 49 people who guessed the following combination.
QB: Tom Brady
RB: LaDainian Tomlinson (Note: I wrote Adrian Peterson initially, but it was LT all along. I'm an idiot)
WR: T.J. Houshmandzadeh
SNF: Matt Hasselbeck
As for me, I don't need no stinking Perfect Picks. Despite Kurt Warner giving me nothing this week, I crept back into the top 2,000 last night on the back of Braylon Edwards and Larry Johnson, with the Giants defense coming up tonight.

that can't be right, LT outscored peterson. i got 3 of 4, i had moss instead of houshmadzadeh in the perfect picks.
even with warner netting me -.95 , i still had a monster week, courtesy of derek anderson, braylon, housh, and gonzo.
jumped from 6100 to 2900 thus far, and still have the giants D going tonight.
gregg, you should start a 100KFC group for your blog commenters so we can see how we stack up against each other.

Dox - you are right. The stats guys are as well, I just had a brain fart. The rest of the post is right.

Dox - you and I think alike. I had 3 out of 4 with R Moss too. I've been top 1,000 pretty much every week so looking good for playoffs (plus Giants D tonight). I felt like a genius saving Tomlinson til this week. Aw yeah.
Here's a group for us:
Group Name: Drew Brees's Mole
Group # 404
Password: Tomlinson

We must be kindred spirits. In the $100K challenge I started Edwards/Johnson/NY Giants. I'm #1 in my affiliate and #108 overall. Thanks for your information. You do a great job of helping me make some wise decisions. There are some other sites that I frequent who told me Housh was going to have trouble with his matchup. I disagreed and got rewarded. It all makes for a very interesting crapshoot.
