Yes it's way too early for projections. But it's easy to multiply four games, so back off. Plus I used to like it when Aaron Gleeman did this exercise.

Tony Romo: 4,796 yards, 44 TD, 12 INT, 284 rushing yards, 8 rushing touchdowns

He can't keep up this pace, but he can remain a top-five fantasy quarterback all year.

Peyton Manning: 4,264 yards, 32 TD, 4 INT

Yawn. This sounds like blasphemy from a Patriots fan, but I remind myself how lucky I am to watch Peyton Manning play every time I see him.

Derek Anderson: 3,856 yards, 36 TD, 20 INT

Small sample size, but Derek Anderson is looking like a legitimate starting quarterback. Maybe not a good one, but better than the Browns have had lately.
