The Jordan rules
LaMont Jordan's back injury could present a tricky situation for owners. The number one fantasy back in this short season, I can't imagine Jordan would be on many fantasy benches against the Browns.
Lane Kiffin said Thursday that Jordan's status may not be known until gametime, which is not what you want to hear. Jordan has a 4PM start, and some rosters may not allow the flexibility to wait until gametime.
With that said, Jordan participated in a portion of practice Thursday. The invaluable Inside the Raiders wrote that Jordan got a good sweat in and "should be able to face Cleveland."
My guess at this moment is that he'll start. But it would help immensely to get more information before setting my lineups. Keep following the news closely, and hopefully Jordan owners can make a confident decision by Sunday morning.

Who do I play with Steven Jackson this week. Derek Ward or Lendale White?

I'd go with Lendale White at New Orleans. Probably good for a TD and 50 yards or so.

Justin Fargas is never an option... Unless of course, you are a prostitute walking around Lake Merritt and he's the only guy with $100.

Which 2 WR would you start this week from Curry, Holt, Coles, Galloway, and Edwards. My league also has a weird rule that if a WR or RB doesn't hit 50 yards (not combined yardage), he gets no points for yardage .

Thats why leagues that make you set your lineup before 1 PM are so awful.
I will put in a plug for RTSPORTS here- they run our leagues -and we have our lineup deadline 830 PM monday nights - the thing is though once a game starts and a player is in your lineup he is locked. so you can't cheat or as i like to say pull a belichek, I have Alexander, Bush and Jordan (PPR) i wanted to start Jordan and Alexander this week - but now this potentially throws a monkey wrench in there - but i think as Greg said he should play. Especially with the start he is off to he must be chomping at the bit to break his single game rushing mark in back to back weeks with Cleve coming to town!
