Quick waiver hitters
In the interest of pleasing the crowd, let's mow through some of the request for waiver pickups with an arbitrary limit on how long I can write on each (or I'll go on forever). Let's say 20 words or less.
Michael Robinson - Only in deep leagues if you own Frank Gore.
Bobby Wade - No way. Too long of a track record of mediocrity.
Kevin Jones - Should be owned in even in 8 team leagues with small rosters. Go get him Andy!
Ronald Curry & Keviin Curtis - Solid WR4s at worst in 12-team leagues. So good I assumed I didn't need to mention in Waiver Wired.
John Kuhn - I like the idea, but just someone to watch, even in deep dynasty leagues.
Sammy Morris - Getting overlooked. Worth a roster spot in 12-team leagues.
Demetrius Williams - High ceiling for his career, but hard to see a third receiver in Baltimore having consistent value early this year. Worth stashing in keeper leagues.
Marcel Shipp - Not buying it. 3.7 yards-per-carry career average.
Bo Scaife - Was a Waiver Wired hero last year and should be even better. It's hard to seperate the TE2s, but Scaife is near the top.

Comments
I own Brandon Jackson in a deep league, handcuffed with Noah Herron. Morency is on another squad. Who do I pick to replace Herron? DeShawn Wynn, Ryan Grant or John Kuhn.
(another words, how does this flotsam breakdown? -- I absolutely love that word)

Gregg in the cheat sheets Scaife is listed quite low. Do you still think Heath Miller is better then Scaife?

Thanks for the quickies - these are great.
I have a 10-team draft tomorrow and am excited that I might be able to steal Kevin Jones. (I got him in round 12 of a 12-team keeper league last week!) About what round do you think he should go at, and do the current Roto Draft Guide tiers reflect your upbeat take on him?
Thanks!

FWIW, Gregg, I suggested Shipp not for his yardage, but due to the possibility of vulture TDs. I think we'll see Shipp used this year much like he was toward the end of last.

I doubt that Daniel. Edgerrin James admitted in an interview a couple weeks ago that he took himself out inside the 5-yard line several times last year "because Shipp was in a contract year and needed it more". Don't expect the same this year.

I'm the Andy from the article and yes, I just added Kevin Jones in my 12 team league

A guy in my league dropped Kevin Jones after "news" broke of him being put on PUP.
Needless to say I swooped in and he looks mighty good as my RB6.
