Dolphins ready for Culpepper

Busy morning today, while I get Goal Line Stand ready and tape a Fantasy Fix. I'll get back to some top-ten moving forward rankings and respond to some questions about the running backs in the afternoon, but first a word from Channing Crowder.

"He's still limping around,'' said Crowder, when asked about former teammate Culpepper. ``He's not 100 percent. He's still not the Daunte Culpepper of back with Minnesota.''

We need more genuine trash talking like this instead of the Chad Johnson jokefests (which I almost like). It's a true grudge match. It almost makes me want to watch Dolphins game to see how Culpepper fares in his first start as a Raider.

Joey Porter, not to be outdone, repeatedly said, "We will win Sunday.''

Do not mess with the 0-3 Dolphins.

or the 8-14 culpepper

but matt, culpepper isn't the one talking trash with an 0-3 record at this moment in time.

Hey Gregg,

I need a bit of help. My RB situation isn't great. I drafted Addai, MJD, and Jacobs as my big three, and only Addai is panning out.

I currently have Addai starting, with Jacobs on the IR. I have Kevin Jones, MJD, Ron Dayne (waiver pu), and Brian Leonard (also from waivers) on the bench right now. Who do I start as my 2nd RB? I'm starting 3 WRs because of my poor RB situation, so I need to make these two slots count. I'm loving Addai, but I have a huge drop off after that. I'm finally sitting MJD after he sorely disappointed me. He helped me win the championship last year, so I'm sad to sit him.

Who do you start in your second slot if you're unfortunate enough to be in my spot? Anyone else have any ideas?

How pathetic is it that Brian Leonard isn't one of the choices on NBC's 100KFC game this week? For some reason I have the ability to choose Brad Hoover over every other running back in the league, but not Leonard who could have a pretty good game against the Cowboys D this week. Leonard is even one of the recommended choices in the weekly article on this site. Who's giving these guys their expert fantasy advice? Oh yeah, that's right.....

Brian Leonard: yes, he's available as a selection. Go to RBs and looks for the drop down menu where you can seasrch by name.

patrick...
i'm not saying anything he is talking trash.
60%G said "don't mess with the 0-3 dolphins."
i was just making a point that up until now, culpepper's been about as futile.

matt, i understand what you're saying -- i just think gggggg was pointing out that the dolphins are doing a lot of trash talking for an 0-3 team.

but i agree - culpepper blows :)
