Week 1 of the preseason is almost up, and that means we're getting some injury news back.

Bengals backup RB Kenny Irons was the only draft-worthy player knocked out for the year this weekend, but some big losses were felt at other positions.

The Cardinals lost two starters, OLB Chike Okeafor and RT Oliver Ross, for the year. Okeafor is one of Arizona's better defenders and Ross' injury exposes a thin offensive line.

Texans SS Glenn Earl is also out for the year. That won't help Houston's chances of improving their pass defense.
