Worst Draft Decision Ever?
Last Thursday, I witnessed the worst fantasy football draft decision I've ever seen. It happened in a league that I'm participating in for work. Tiffany Simons, Superhuman Intern David Bandermark, and I are representing NBCSports.com in the league.
It's the tenth and eleventh round turn, and one of the teams that is run by people that don't read Rotoworld is on the clock. With their first pick, the team takes Nate Kaeding. Groans erupt from the crowd. Way too early from a kicker.
Then the unthinkable happens. With their next pick, they take ... (drumroll) ... Jeff Wilkins. Silence. Shudders. Bile.
I didn't know whether to laugh, cry, throw something at the owners, or light up a cigar.
After much debate, the owners have been allowed to stay in the league and are recovering well.
It got me thinking: What's the worst decision/moment you've ever seen at a draft?

Comments
My first year doing fantasy football I got conned by a vet. I had no idea how to play fantasy football and had just finished my first draft.
He traded my Quadry Ismail for LT. I actually sat out a whole year because of that trade.
I am still part of the same league with the same guys and we occasionally have a laugh about it.

Luck = pick
You can dump on these guys, but we've all lost to one of them (or more). The league schedule effects your season more than what round a guy took a def. or 'K' in. If you play that guy when LT sits, or after Portis gets hurt, etc, etc, you might lose. Your match-ups week in and week out mean more than if you got this guy at #62 than #75. So don't get too cocky or too rude to others, when reality is luck is as much of a factor.
