Browns Luck
I don't blame Browns fans for thinking they have bad luck. This franchise absolutely has had terrible luck since re-starting the franchise, especially since Romeo Crennel took over.
You almost have to expect Willie McGinest to have injury problems, but losing key backup linebacker Matt Stewart for the season is a big blow. Their depth will be tested. Couple those injuries with prized free agent recruit Eric Steinbach's knee strain, and using a coin flip to decide the starting quarterback, and it's beginning to feel like more of the same surrounding the Browns.

i have to add something to their laundry list of bad luck, although it's in a slightly different category.
last month, browns stadium got flooded with roughly 50,000 gallons of water/sewage. it damaged the locker room and lower level of the stadium pretty badly, and all the pipes are being replaced.

So does that mean the stadium will smell the same as it did and will every home game? Let's not forget last years bad luck of losing Bentley, their best OL, on the first day of preseason. Bad luck is a stretch, you dont fix a ruptured artery with a band aid. That's what the front office is trying to do. We will never see the record setter J. Lewis of the past again, we will see an anemic plodding offense that barely has any fantasy worth outside of Phil Dawson. Let's hope he doesn't twist an ankle on that sewage soaked field.

Wow, is that just years of frustraion or what. Bernie Kosar isn't coming out of retirement and this years 4-5 win team isn't what any " sports geek" would call fine. I cant even count the amount of problems that team has starting in the front office and ending on the field. Please next time you blog with the "sports geeks" make sure YOU do the research.
